As I get farther in the Stone Barrington Series, I am finding I like the series as a whole but I do see some flaws in it. I find that the books are very similar with the plot. Stone leaves the country on a case and then meets someone and sleeps with them. Every book seems like he is practicing law in other states or countries. I find this strange in a way because he never has cases that have him in the state he practices law in. As I said I am really liking the series. I really like the fact that Stuart Woods brings a lot of the characters back from other books, mostly the book before. It makes me like his writing a lot because in most series they introduce new characters and after the book is done you don't see much more of them. His books make the characters seem really familiar and you never know what character from an earlier book is going to be brought back. His character does sleep with women he meets even if it has only been a few minutes. Eventually we get to know the characters better, but not until he sleeps with them. I don't really care for this part of his character, but I still am really liking the series so far. Going to start Book 10 of the series tomorrow.
